After having a talk with Justin we felt I should revisit the colours in the logo design. The main colours are fine, it is the house colour that Justin did not think stands out enough (top left). Therefore I tried the following colours...
Left:1. Original
2. White with a black border
3. A dark brown
Right:
1. Same brown but 90% opacity
2. Solid brown
3. A solid grey (the original shade)
I am also developing the bottom information part. At the moment it is the second left design - the words are in grey bar the relevant section which is in colour. However when I printed this the grey stood out more and made it confusing to look at.
I am drawn towards the far right style as I liked it when the key section was highlighted, but it needed the bold to make it stand out enough to work.
