Idea 1: Use black and white for the front and back then spot gloss a pair of hair scissors onto each side (I have made the image a light grey for now).
Idea 2: Taking the scissor idea and developing it to cutting vectored hair. Should it be real hair or is it ok vectored? Maybe hand draw it too to compare...
Development of idea 2: Do not feel the hair needs to be equal on both sides of the card...
Development of idea 2: I feel the previous one looks too much like a barcode, so I have tried changing the colour of it.
Development of idea 2: Here I have experimented with the colour of hair and I have also added a solid background colour as I feel it needs to be more impressive and obvious.
These designs could also be plain, solid colours and then spot gloss the highlights onto them - would look like the hair was shiny and healthy - this hairdresser does a good job!!I feel a darker brown would work better...here is a letterhead, appointment card and business card mock-up.
